Peter C. Boylan III
Peter C. Boylan III
Peter C. Boylan III Peter C. Boylan III is Chairman, Co-Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cypress Environmental Holdings, LLC, Cypress Environmental Partners GP, and Cypress Environmental Partners, L.P. These entities were formed in 2012 and partnership went public in January 2014 as Cypress Energy Partners L.P. Previously, Mr. Boylan served as the Chief Executive Officer of Boylan Partners, LLC, a private investment and advisory firm. From 1995 to 2004, Mr. Boylan served in a variety of senior executive management positions of various public and private companies controlled by Liberty Media Corporation, including serving as a board member, Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer of several different public and private companies. Mr. Boylan currently serves on the board of directors of publicly traded BOK Financial Corporation. Mr. Boylan has also served on over a dozen other public and private company boards of directors over the last 25+ years. Mr. Boylan earned a B.B.A in Finance from Southern Methodist University.

Richard M. Carson Richard M. Carson is Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Mr. Carson manages the legal department, risk management, HR, Safety, and compliance. Richard joined Cypress in 2013 prior to the IPO. Previously, Mr. Carson served as a director, officer, and shareholder of Gable & Gotwals, where he practiced securities, corporate finance, transactional and environmental law, primarily for clients in the energy industry, including several master limited partnerships. Prior, Mr. Carson served in the legal department of The Williams Companies, Inc. working on various matters including securities, corporate finance, environmental matters, and master limited partnerships. Mr. Carson began his career working in legal, compliance, and management roles, primarily in the environmental services industry. Mr. Carson received a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma and a B.S. Cum Laude, from the University of Tulsa’s Honors Program in 1988. Mr. Carson serves as Chairman of the board of directors of Land Legacy, LLC, a conservation land trust. He has previously served as the Chair of the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Environmental Law Section, and the chair of the Environmental Auditing Roundtable’s South-Central Region.

Jeff Herbers Jeff Herbers is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of various Cypress entities having served in that capacity since November 2017. Prior to being appointed CFO, Mr. Herbers served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President. Prior to joining Cypress Mr. Herbers served as Chief Accounting Officer for NGL Energy Holdings, LLC, the general partner of NGL Energy Partners LP, and as Director of Financial Reporting for SemGroup Corporation. Mr. Herbers served in the audit practice of Ernst & Young LLP for over a decade. Mr. Herbers received a B.S.B.A. with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Tulsa. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Adrian Chavez Adrian Chavez joined Cypress in 2019 as Vice President & General Manager for Cypress In-Line Inspection, LLC (“Cypress ILI”) an affiliate of Cypress Environmental Holdings, LLC. Adrian has over twenty years of experience in the Oil & Gas Integrity industry and has held a number of positions from Senior Inspection Technologist, Supervisor, Sales Representative, Product Manager, Global Resource Manager, Assistant Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, Product Champion, General Manager, Global Quality Manager, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President. He has worked for a variety of inspection companies including A.Hak Industrial Services, NDT Global, LLC, T.D. Williamson, SGS North America Inc. and GE/PII Pipeline Solutions in both the USA and Canada. Adrian earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Science degree Honor Graduate in Electronic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force. Adrian is bilingual and has his Six Sigma Black Belt.

Jeff English Jeff English is Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of our Cypress PPS division with responsibility for our Cypress Brown Integrity, Cypress PPS LA, and our Water & Environmental business. Jeff joined Cypress in 2013. Previously he served as Vice President of Operations for Bosque Systems, LLC, a water management & recycling company. Prior experience also includes telecommunications and consulting for Ernst & Young. Mr. English is a graduate of Baylor University, with a M.A., Business Communication, and Southwestern University.

Randall Lorett
Randall Lorett Randall Lorett is President and Chief Executive Officer of Tulsa Inspection Resources, LLC, and one of the co-founders in 2003. He brings over 35 years of field experience in inspection, testing, and nondestructive examination (“NDE”) of energy infrastructure including pipelines. He has served as an inspector and in various leadership roles related to pipeline and facility integrity programs and has extensive experience in all phases of pipeline integrity, route surveying, construction, and right-of-way services. He also holds numerous certifications including Radiographer Level II, CWI Welding Inspector using API 1104, API 1107, B31.1, B31.3, B31.8 and B31.G. He is an Evaluator for MEA and Veriforce, as well as a certified master trainer and an assessment administrator for NCCER. He has successfully completed the OSHA 510, and OSHA 500 courses. He has conducted numerous seminars on safety in the pipeline industry and has written numerous safety manuals and training programs.

Rodney Einer Rodney Einer is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Tulsa Inspection Resources, LLC having served in that capacity since early 2016. Prior, Mr. Einer held various pipeline and facility integrity technical support and leadership positions with The Williams Companies (“Williams”) for over twenty years until retiring as the Vice President Asset Integrity overseeing a large department. During his tenure at Williams, Mr. Einer participated in and supported ASME, NACE, INGAA and was on the PRCI Board of Directors. After receiving his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wyoming, Mr. Einer started his career with Mountain Fuel Resources, later renamed Questar Pipeline, as a Project Engineer for pipeline design and construction while supporting corrosion control and integrity activities. During this time Mr. Einer acquired his Professional Engineering License and one of his NACE certifications.

Derek Clark Derek Clark is a Senior Advisor that joined Cypress in June 2018. Mr. Clark has 29 years of experience in oilfield services, including 12 years at Baker Hughes where Mr. Clark was responsible for all of Baker’s PPS operations, including ILI, in the Western Hemisphere. From 1999 to 2012, Mr. Clark held various senior level positions for companies that provided pipeline commissioning and servicing until January of 2012 when Western Hemisphere, where he served as Business Development manager for 7 years, was acquired by Baker Hughes. Mr. Clark started his career with Halliburton as an equipment design engineer and rose to Global Product Line Manager for Specialty Services. Mr. Clark received a B.SC in Mechanical Engineering from Abertay University and is a chartered engineer.

Clint Holler Clint Holler joined Cypress in 2018 as Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO). Previously, Mr. Holler spent ~ 20 years at Hilti North America in several IT management roles including Vice President, Head of Information Technology for Hilti Western Hemisphere. Mr. Holler brings 25 years of IT experience, with specific expertise in international relations, matrix leadership, infrastructure management and the PMO. Mr. Holler received an M.B.A. from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas and a B.S. degree in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University.

David Loeschner David Loeschner joined Cypress in early 2019 as Vice President of Business Development. David has more than 20 years of business development and sales experience with various growth companies. Previously he was Vice President Sales for a Fortune 500 facilities services company, and he worked for British Petroleum, Phillips 66, and several other companies. David has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York and a Masters of Business Administration from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri. David was served our country at Ft. Sill and in Korea.

Sharon Moyer Sharon Moyer is Vice President & Chief Human Resource Officer having joined Cypress in 2015. She has held various Human Resource leadership positions during her career in the energy and the aerospace industries, including Vice President Human Resources, Training & HSE at Borets U.S., Director Human Resources at Schlumberger, and Director Human Resources at Norris, a Dover company. Ms. Moyer has tied HR vision and objectives to business strategies globally. She has participated as a member of due diligence teams for acquisitions and managed the resulting HR harmonization and integration of acquired businesses. Ms. Moyer earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University. Her continuing education includes completion of an Executive Management Program from International Negotiations Management, Lean Manufacturing, ISO Internal Audit Certification, and Hogan Assessment Certification. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Ralph Williams
Ralph Williams Ralph Williams was named Chief Executive Officer of Cypress Brown Integrity, LLC in 2019 reporting to Jeff English. Ralph has worked in the pipeline industry for over 35 years starting as a Field Technician and then advancing to Global V - Line Operations Manager for Baker Hughes focusing on In-Line Inspection and Integrity Services covering the US Land Market. Prior to this position Ralph was Area Operations Manager U.S. Land and In-Line Inspection; Area Operations Manager U.S. Land; and Sales Manager U.S. Land spending over a decade with Baker Hughes. During this time, Ralph managed a team of over 200 employees and a Pipeline and Process Service (“PPS”) line of business that generated over $100M in revenue.
